RMA Technical Specialist
A company is looking for an RMA Technical Specialist to drive and improve the RMA process for emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
GPU/CPU troubleshooting and fault validation
Interaction with hardware vendors and scheduling on-site support for hardware replacement
Creation of trouble reports in vendor portals and validating software and firmware versions
Qualifications
Previous RMA experience
Experience with Nvidia and AMD GPUs
Microcloud experience
Data center operations experience
