Legends - - Responsibilities: Observe and report activities and incidents all day at the Glass City Center and after hours at the Huntington Center; Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call; Report any hazardous conditions or emergency situations to management, follow safety precautions, and log in book; Responsible for desk coverage until replacement arrives; Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
