Entry Level Sales Reps (Insurance Sales)

Starting Base Salary $45K + Commission Fully onsite in Mansfield, TXMultiple openingsMust be a self-starter, driven, coachable, and extremely outgoing Overview We are seeking motivated, entry-level Sales Professionals who are eager to launch their careers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and developing foundational sales skills through hands-on experience and structured training.Our team is responsible for driving new business revenue and consistently working toward individual and team goals. This position is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to learn the fundamentals of sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking Developing and maintaining referral partner (RP) relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other strategic partners Actively dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence to generate consistent referral flow Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business Building creative strategies to grow relationships (hosting events, leveraging personal network, social media engagement, etc.) QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or internships is a plus Willingness to obtain an insurance license is required (if not already licensed) Basic familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful, but not required Skills & AttributesStrong communication skills (written and verbal) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback Comfort engaging with new people and building relationships Resilience and ability to stay motivated in a goal-oriented environment Strong work ethic and sense of accountability Good organizational and time management skills Competitive mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
