Develop Your Team.We’re looking for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving results, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Leadership & Team Support Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store ManagerCommercial Performance & Sales Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standardsOperations & Store Execution Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environmentRecruitment & Team Development Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding Help train and develop team members Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipelineCompliance, Loss Prevention & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy Maintain Health & Safety standardsWHO YOU ARE: 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role Strong interest in developing into a Store Manager role Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience Strong communication and coaching skills Commercially aware and eager to learn Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Passionate about fashion and retailINTERESTED:Interested?
