North American Sales Coordinator - Mobility
Job RequirementsAlkegen has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our Mobility team! This key role is highly visible and supports our sales leaders and SOIP in North America.We are looking for an experienced and well-organized sales coordinator to provide support to our Mobility team. The North America sales coordinator will assist in the day-to-day functions to oversee sales, support our sales team, support SIOP team with forecast/orders/shipments and coordinate prototype samples to ensure we meet our mission, promote customer satisfaction and support our business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales oversight/ResalesMaintain relationships with internal Alkegen sitesMeet with plants to discuss requirements, scheduling production of parts, make sure PO in system for incoming ordersRecord and monitor incoming containers and shipment progress, send incoming to receiving, assist with quality issues as necessaryConfirm inventory - In stock / In route / requestedHelp improve on-time delivery and support corrective actionSupport back-order and OTIF delivery review and reportingSupport SIOP with Capacity/Demand forecastingSupport SIOP with raw material usage and inventorySupport different activities with material shipment between different sitesPrototype Sample ManagementCoordinate sample order process, prioritizing and making sure on time shipmentConduct review to drive improvement and awareness, share the updates/changes with team on a weekly basisKeep eyes on non-standard part/samples and communicate the details with plantUpdate the present prototype tracking dashboard on a monthly basisManage/coordinate samples to support product development activitiesSales Support TeamAssist with sales inquiriesProvide support to sales team inquires with sales data, report, quote, forecasting, samples, etcProvide support and follow up with cross functional team and make sure the pending item is on trackRespond to internal / customer inquiries with requested informationRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 2 years' experience in customer service or sales support role, demonstrated customer and people skillsExperience in manufacturing environment preferredExperience working within a cross-functional team with interpersonal and leadership skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be detail-oriented, strong attention to detailsExperience extracting and loading data from ERP systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenBe proactive, self-directed and goal-orientedAbility to react quickly to a fast-paced market, capable of handling multiple prioritiesInternational logistics experience preferredCompensation$69,000 - 79,000 AnnuallyPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
