HCM Oracle Integration Cloud Developer
Oracle HCM Integration Cloud Developer (Remote) OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Cloud Developer to design, build, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions in a remote environment. This is a W2 role and is not available on C2C, 1099, or for work with third parties. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsMonitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutionMaintain clear documentation including design artifacts, test plans, and support proceduresEnsure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all integrationsStay current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommend enhancementsSupport data migration and transformation activities for implementations and upgradesParticipate in testing cycles, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)Develop and manage inbound/outbound interfaces, SSO integrations, middleware solutions, and data archivingEvaluate quarterly releases and patches for impacts to HCM Extracts, HDL, and related componentsContribute to ongoing operational support and continuous improvement efforts QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience & Skills3+ years working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and orchestration workflowsStrong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent)Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and reporting tools such as BI PublisherProficiency with XML, XSLT, JSON, and SQLFamiliarity with security standards (OAuth, SAML) and data privacy best practicesExposure to additional integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) is a plusExperience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsBackground supporting enterprise or multi-region systems preferred CertificationsOracle Integration Cloud or Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred Additional InformationFully remote role within the United States (preference for Minnesota candidates with Central time zone alignment secondary)Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%) Benefits & Work EnvironmentSalary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time offOpportunities for ongoing learning, certification, and career growthCollaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven cultureAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
