This role will focus on managing data architectures, optimizing data flows, and ensuring data integration across systems. Additionally, the role includes developing and managing SharePoint environments to support collaboration, document management, and process automation. The ideal candidate is experienced in both data engineering and SharePoint administration to help drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing.Implement data models that ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across various platforms.Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as SQL and Python.Optimize existing data systems to improve performance and scalability.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide appropriate solutions.Ensure data security, compliance, and governance through best practices and industry standards.Requirements:10+ years in data engineering roles.Proven experience in managing SharePoint environments.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data integration tools.Experience with cloud data services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture best practices.Expertise with SharePoint tools, Viva and PowerShell scripting for administration.Familiarity with SharePoint integrations, workflows, and document management processes.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.What we Offer: We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package.Come be part of a collaborative and inclusive workplace that values your contributions and fosters a culture of respect and growth.
