Senior Scala Developer - 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Scala Developer with strong Databricks expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data architecture, orchestration, and modeling, and have experience in client-facing roles.Must Have Requirements:5+ years of experience with Scala (self-rated at least 8/10)Proven experience with Databricks streamingGood understanding of data architecture, pipeline orchestration, and data modelingHands-on experience working inAusing cloud toolsExperience interacting directly with external clientsPreferred Experience:Combination of Scala + Databricks in projectsExperience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Azure Data Factory, etc.)Exposure to data governance and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with Databricks technologies and ecosystemStrong knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse design patternsExperience with Unity Catalog for metadata management, access control, and governance
