Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our cleints Operations Team. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of assigned projects—from kickoff through closeout—while serving as the key liaison between internal teams, technicians, subcontractors, and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects within defined timelines and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesReview new projects and develop implementation plans, including leading project kickoff meetingsLead and coordinate teams of technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetCreate, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and work plansServe as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and communicationMonitor project progress, budgets, and performance; provide regular status updates to upper managementManage project changes through formal change orders and clear communication with stakeholdersCoordinate material needs with the Purchasing DepartmentManage subcontractor contracts and purchase ordersEvaluate technician performance and provide feedbackEnsure all projects are completed properly and that close-out documentation is accurate and completeApply industry best practices, standards, and techniquesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and assist leadership with strategic planningPerform additional project management-related duties as assigned by the Operations ManagerSkills & QualitiesPositive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer service mindsetExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearlyAbility to work effectively with diverse teams and work stylesProfessionalism and discretion; maintains client privacy at all timesStrong follow-through and accountabilityQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role or related fieldPrior experience in telecommunications, low-voltage systems, access control, or technology environments preferredStrong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with basic computer technologyKnowledge of OSHA standards; OSHA 10-hour certification provided if neededValid driver’s license and insurable driving record requiredAbility to obtain certifications across applicable product linesMust pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screeningPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to safely lift and/or move up to 35 poundsAbility to stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as neededMay be exposed to moderate-to-loud noise levels and outdoor weather conditionsOccasional travel may be required
