DescriptionAs an Anodizing Support Technician, you are responsible for supporting customer parts through the anodizing line according to established procedures and quality standards. This role focuses on hands-on production work, quality inspection, and maintaining a clean and safe anodizing environment. If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoPrepare customer parts according to work instructions and specificationsPerform visual inspection of parts before and after processing Rack and un-rack aluminum parts according to work instructions Maintain proper part orientation to ensure consistent coating quality Conduct visual quality inspections and flag defects or process issues (color, coverage, defects, damage) Follow batching and prioritization direction to support on-time order completionMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principlesSupport basic equipment care and report maintenance needsFollow chemical handling, safety, and environmental procedures at all timesComplete daily production tasks as assigned by the Director of Finishing and Anodizing LeadMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to read and follow work instructionsAbility to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety proceduresCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environmentBasic computer skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience with anodizing or metal finishing processesFamiliarity with chemical handling and safety proceduresExperience performing visual or dimensional quality inspectionsPrevious experience working with production schedules or batch processingPhysical RequirementsAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shiftsAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipmentWork EnvironmentManufacturing and production floor environmentExposure to finishing chemistry, temperature variation, noise, moving machinery, and metal materialsUse of required protective equipment at all timesBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision coveragePaid holidays + PTO401K with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability Lunch provided dailyEmployee discount on parts ScheduleMonday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm
