Job Description Work Schedule: Full Time 8:00 a.m. –6 p.m., must be willing to work weekendsJOB SUMMARY: Apartment Complex Manager specializing in:Specializes in Property OperationsResident Service LeasingMaintenance CoordinationTeam Leadership to maintain safe, efficient, and high-occupancy communities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Results-driven property manager with experienceSupervising apartment complex operationsManaging Vendor relationshipsResolving tenant concernsCoordinating maintenance teams.Improving occupancy and resident retention.Oversees daily operations of multi-family residential community.Lead and supervise a teamManage rent collections and close delinquencyCoordinate move-outs and ensure timely unit turnoverFinancial performanceSupported rent collections and delinquencyMove-ins, renewals, and lease documentationMaintained occupancy goalsCollections and proceduresOther duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:Must have previous experienceMust be professionalMust be willing to work weekends.Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
