Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Design and develop quality solutions for Long-Term Care Claims Administration systems. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL Server. Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations. Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for cloud and Kubernetes workloads. Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing .NET and SQL Server systems. Mentor other developers and contribute to system knowledge management.What You'll Need BS in computer science or equivalent experience. 6+ years of IT experience delivering enterprise-scale .NET applications. 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C# / .NET, SQL Server, and RESTful API design. 2+ years experience in SDLC and Agile Project Methodologies. Strong understanding of Software Engineering principles and a passion for continuous improvement.
