Electronics Engineer - E2
Overview
In questa role you will contribute to the FBM program by designing and validating Electrical Ground Test Equipment across its lifecycle. You will collaborate within the EGSE organization to analyze hardware and ensure reliable ground support systems for space missions. You’ll work on diverse electronic equipment, tackling challenges in design, testing, and deployment to support mission readiness. This position offers a path to grow technical leadership in a mission-focused, space-defense context.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE)Research, design, develop, and test electronic equipment and systems (radar, detection, comms, analog/digital, control and test equipment)Support integration and deployment of Electronics Equipment across product life cyclePerform electronics analyses and create schematics and simulationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware reliability and readiness
Key requirementsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related fieldProfessional experience in design, analysis, integration, testing, and/or deployment of electronics equipmentExperience with test equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, electronic loads)Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance; US CitizenExperience on space- and/or missile-defense missionsTesting avionics, electronic components, or electrical systems with purpose-designed test equipmentDesign, test, programming, and integration/deployment of automated test equipment (ATE)Creation and interpretation of electronic-system schematics and simulation tools (Zuken, Siemens CAD tools)Worst-Case Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, FMECA
