Site Safety Inspector

Primary Responsibilities:Uphold and promote RM's Safety Culture - putting the safety and well-being of our employees above all.Perform safety inspections at various jobsites - to be assigned daily by Safety ManagerVisually inspect jobsites to identify and address potential hazardsCorrect deficiencies in the field and, if not possible, call leadership to discussCompile daily reports according to company policy and tiered classification systemFile daily reports with the office and save in Procore and / or job foldersKeep meticulous records to ensure compliance with various OSHA, State, and Federal lawsImplement and maintain health and safety standardsEstablish a cordial and professional relationship with employeesMaintain compliance with all safety regulations and ensure our field employees do as wellPromote safety initiativesConduct monthly inspections for First Aid kits, Incident Kits, fire extinguishers, and eyewash stations- refill as needed.Inspect tools and verify for safe useConduct safety orientations or toolbox talks, as directedField train new site safety inspectors / internsQualifications:A bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent (Health and/or Occupational Safety a plus)Knowledge of the technical aspect of the work and tradesValid competency certificates - OSHA-30, SST-40, CPR/First AidStrong communication skillsProficient in all Microsoft applications and familiarity with ProcoreA valid NYS Driver License and ability to drive to locations on Long Island and WestchesterCompany Benefits include:401k/Safe Harbor (3%)/Profit Sharing (2%)/Medical/Employer Funded HRA/Dental/Vision/Flex Spending/Employer Paid Life ($50k)/Voluntary Life/Pet Insurance and much more!Renu offers a great working environment, company culture, and growth opportunities.Apply Now
