Property Management Assistant (Full-Time)

The Assistant Property Manager I oversees leasing activities, supports onsite leasing staff, and partners with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals.Responsibilities include supervising leasing staff, managing move-ins/outs, qualifying applicants, rent collection, and ensuring safety compliance.They assist with marketing efforts, resident relations, and planning resident events, handling resident requests and coordinating maintenance.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of property management or leasing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of fair housing laws.Skills required are strong communication, decision-making, team leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving.Preferred experience with Yardi and a real estate license is noted.The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for bonuses and professional development.
