Receptionist
BMW of Morristown service department is seeking energetic, team minded and dependable individuals to join our team as a receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting service department and will be instrumental in providing the ultimate experience. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions and setting appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive calls and set appointments for service customer
Make outgoing calls to customers to confirm service appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow-up calls
Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
Receive cash, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Checking customers in and out of loaner
Full Time: 5 days a week including Saturdays
Part Time: 20-34 hours a week including Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
