The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting customers by providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, purchasing material, managing projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external teams to address customer needs and inquiries efficiently.QualificationsProven skills in Inside Sales, Account Management, and order entry.Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsEffective communication, both verbal and written, and proficiency in problem-solvingDetail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with waterworks - storm/sewer/water. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or business are an advantage
