Following the completion of your initial onboarding and training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week as part of our hybrid work model depending on performance and operational requirements. In addition, this position does require travel to all our HHCU Service Centers as needed.Opportunity Overview:The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders and team members. This role aligns HR strategy with business objectives while fostering a team member-centric culture grounded in engagement, accountability, and compliance.The HRBP acts as both a business stakeholder and team member advocate, driving initiatives in team member relations, compensation strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness while balancing compliance and forward-thinking HR practices.What Youll Do:Strategic HR Leadership & PartnershipServe as a primary HR partner supporting leaders in achieving business goalsTranslate business needs into scalable HR strategies and workforce plansSupport workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational designParticipate in key business discussions to ensure proactive HR alignmentSupport the thoughtful and responsible use of AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes, insights, and decision-makingTeam Member Experience & CultureChampion engagement, retention, and development initiativesAdvocate for fair and consistent team member experiencesDrive initiatives that strengthen culture, belonging, and team member experienceAnalyze engagement and turnover trends to drive improvementsTeam Member Relations ExcellenceLead complex team member relations matters including investigations and conflict resolutionCoach leaders on performance and team member issuesFacilitate balanced solutions aligned with organizational valuesHR Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsProactively identify and mitigate HR risksMaintain and interpret HR policiesPartner with leadership on risk-informed decision-makingCompensation & Workforce PlanningSupport compensation strategies including market alignment and internal equityAssist with merit cycles and incentive programsUse data to recommend sustainable compensation practicesOrganizational Effectiveness & HR StrategyDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned to business goalsLeverage analytics to drive decision-makingSupport change management and cross-functional HR initiativesCoaching & Leadership DevelopmentAct as a coach and mentor to leadersSupport and deliver training programsIdentify and close leadership and team development gapsPerformance & AccountabilityDrive a culture of accountability and high performanceSupport performance management processesHold leaders accountable for engagement and team resultsWhat Success Looks LikeViewed as a trusted strategic partner by leadershipStrong team member engagement and retentionReduced compliance risk and sound HR practicesCompetitive and sustainable compensation strategiesA culture of accountability and continuous improvement What Were Looking For:Required:8+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment lawProven ability to influence leaders and drive outcomesPreferred:Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related fieldSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or ability to obtain)Experience in financial services or a regulated industryReady to Make an Impact?As an HRBP, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, strengthening culture, and driving meaningful results.
