The FirmLindsay, Pickett & Postel (LPP) concentrates in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense, and appellate litigation in Illinois and Wisconsin. We have earned a reputation for consistently providing great client service, developing efficient, creative litigation strategies, and delivering top results. Our coverage practice includes authoring coverage opinions, position letters, litigating declaratory judgment actions, and writing or reviewing policy language.
