As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our team.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for leading HubSpot implementations and owning client outcomes end-to-end. You will manage project plans, align cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure successful execution-while also owning the client relationship and identifying opportunities for growth.This is not a support role. We are looking for candidates who have experience running software implementations, managing timelines, and driving accountability across both internal teams and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Delivery OwnershipOwn and manage HubSpot project plans from kickoff through completionTranslate scope of work into clear, actionable plans for the Implementation Specialist (IS) teamDefine timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across all workstreamsProactively identify risks, blockers, and misalignment-and drive resolutionHold both internal teams and clients accountable to agreed timelines and outcomesClient Alignment & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accountsLead structured client meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and next stepsEnsure alignment between client expectations and delivery realityCommunicate proactively on progress, risks, and timeline changes to maintain trust and transparencyGrowth & Account OwnershipIdentify gaps, risks, and opportunities within accountsDrive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning client goals with additional HubSpot solutions and servicesTranslate business needs into clear, scoped recommendationsObjection Handling & Problem SolvingLead difficult conversations with confidence and clarityNavigate challenges by aligning stakeholders on solutions and next stepsTurn delivery or scope challenges into opportunities for stronger outcomesClient Relationship & HubSpot ExpertiseBuild strong, trusted client relationships rooted in accountability and resultsProvide strategic guidance on HubSpot tools and best practices in partnership with implementation and technical teamsMonitor account health, ensuring high retention and long-term successExperience & Qualifications2+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, consulting, project management, or client success in a B2B services or agency environmentExperience running software implementations and managing timelines across multiple stakeholdersPrior HubSpot, CRM, or digital marketing platform experience preferred (HubSpot certifications a plus)Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Teamwork.com, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUpExceptional communication and facilitation skills in client-facing environmentsProven ability to manage complexity, drive accountability, and move work forwardWho Will Succeed in This RoleHas led SaaS or HubSpot implementations and understands how to drive projects forwardIs comfortable owning both client relationships and executionBalances relationship management with structure and accountabilityThinks commercially and can identify growth opportunities within accountsThis Role Is Not a Fit For Someone WhoIs primarily focused on customer support or ticket-based workHas not owned project timelines or cross-functional deliveryPrefers reactive work over proactive ownershipWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive healthcare and benefits package, including company-paid medical insurance and 401k matchingA collaborative, growth-oriented culture where your contributions directly impact client success and company growthOngoing professional development, including HubSpot certifications and leadership coachingCompensation:
