Process Mold Technician

Role Summary Our Elyria, OH facility is looking for a meticulous and capable Process Mold Technician to support our high-performance team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and output of our molding operations, making this an ideal position for someone who excels at technical problem-solving and values precision in their daily work. Core Duties Configure and run molding equipment in alignment with established production timelines and technical requirements. Oversee molding cycles to guarantee that all output meets our high standards for quality and uniformity. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and diagnose technical malfunctions as they arise. Work alongside production and engineering staff to refine workflows and address operational challenges. Help track machine efficiency by logging production metrics and maintaining precise operational documentation. Support the onboarding of incoming staff by providing guidance on molding techniques and safety procedures. Contribute to a safer workplace by strictly following all safety guidelines and keeping the production floor tidy. Maintain physical stamina to remain on your feet and move throughout the facility for shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Required Background Completion of secondary education is required; a technical certificate or related degree is preferred. Demonstrated history of success in a Process Mold Technician or comparable capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of molding machinery and operational workflows. Sharp analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team setting. Strong interpersonal communication skills paired with a proactive and upbeat professional demeanor. Flexibility to adjust your schedule and put in extra hours when business needs dictate.
