MDM Engineer

Job Title: IT Systems Administrator - MDMLocation: Wilmington, DE - 4 days onsiteWe are seeking an experienced MDM Engineer with strong Informatica MDM expertise to support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MDM/Informatica, able to contribute immediately to platform support, automation, and operational initiatives, and capable of collaborating across multiple environments including Development, Test, Production, and Disaster Recovery.Key Responsibilities:MDM / Informatica Platform SupportAdminister and support enterprise Informatica MDM / PowerCenter platforms.Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows, batch jobs, and data integration processes.Partner with application and data teams to ensure platform stability, availability, and data integrity.Quickly ramp on operational tasks including job monitoring, patching, and environment maintenance.Technical Automation & Operational SupportUtilize technical skills (Python, SQL, or similar) to support workflow automation and operational tooling.Collaborate on automating manual processes to improve efficiency and reliability.Support ServiceNow Runbook Automation and Ansible workflows as needed (trainable on the job).Operational & Multi-Environment ResponsibilitiesSupport Development, Test, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.Respond to operational alerts, incidents, and job failures impacting enterprise data platforms.Maintain accurate operational documentation, logs, and compliance records.
