Pay Range: $25.31 - $30.10 per hour Position Type: Full Time, 37.5 hour workweek, with on-call required, and some weekends. The Director of IDD Services position will be part of a cohesive and dynamic team. Qualifications: (Devereux/TCV pays for all pre-employment clearances and screenings) Master’s Degree in Human Services and three (3) years of related experience, including two (2) years as supervisor, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and five (5) years of related experience, including two (2) years as a supervisor, OR Associates Degree and eight (8) years of related experience with four (4) years as a supervisor. Must have clear FBI, Act 33 and 34 clearances. Valid PA Driver’s License and 3-year driving record. Pre-employment physical, one-step TB and drug screening required. In this role, you will develop and direct the residential services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. It is the primary duty of the residential supervisor to ensure that all services and employees are compliant with the federal and state regulations (waiver standards), including all provider qualification requirements as well as all regulations established by the state Office of Developmental Disabilities Department, OMA, Allegheny County and other federal, state and contractual agreements. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
