We are the leading practice for Complex Deals, and can expedite complex deal execution, leveraging our unique IT and business process skills. As part of the Accelerated Solutions team, you will be responsible crafting the separation/integration strategy, heavily leaning on top class IT skills and problem-solving capabilities. As a Senior Manager you will lead large teams across the deal spectrum, facilitating planning and execution of integration and separation projects while developing dynamic teams that drive results.Private Equity (PE) firms are increasingly pursuing complex deals, such as carveouts, buy and split, and major integrations, amid market uncertainty. Integrating/separating IT tends to be the most complex part of these deals and requires out of the box creative thinking, working across 10-12 business functions, and ability to get it done at deal speed.Responsibilities include:Oversee the planning and execution of integration and separation initiativesLead and mentor teams to enhance performance and achieve objectivesDrive results through impactful project management and strategic oversightWork with cross-functional teams to promote seamless business processesManage large-scale transformations and system integrationsFoster a culture of exceptional performance and continuous improvementEngage in every phase of the deal cycle, from due diligence to executionUtilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for synergy and cost enhancementWhat you must have:Bachelor's Degree7 years of experience in M&A, integration, and transformationWhat sets you apart:IT applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.) or infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network, hosting) experienceDemonstrating thorough project management and organizational skillsBuilding relationships and influencing peers effectivelyLeading large teams and multiple clients simultaneouslyLeveraging prior M&A experienceCommunicating effectively in various formats and audiencesActively taking initiative in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation projects with consulting firmsDemonstrated ability in evaluating and developing strategic approaches for the seamless integration and/or carveout of the IT function to support business objectivesTravel requirements: Up to 80%
