Project Manager

OverviewLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, partnering across business and technical teams to drive execution aligned to PMO standards, governance, and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → closeout) using PMO methodologies, tools, and governancePartner with business stakeholders, IT, cybersecurity, data, architecture, and vendors to define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverablesIdentify and manage stakeholders; align expectations, roles, and communication plansDrive executive engagement via Project Champion partnership (charters, updates, leadership communications)Define, document, and control business and technical requirements with full traceabilityBuild and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and critical pathsDevelop key artifacts: BRDs, functional specs, architecture diagrams, and integration documentationLead change management (scope, cost, schedule) through formal governance processesCoordinate cross-functional resources (internal teams + vendors) to ensure efficient executionMonitor delivery against schedule, budget, quality, risk, and security targetsProactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when neededEnsure compliance with enterprise governance, standards, and audit requirementsDeliver clear, timely communication to stakeholders, Portfolio Managers, and EPMOProvide accurate reporting (status, forecast, financials, resource planning)Oversee vendor/system integrator delivery to meet performance, security, and operational readiness standardsLead project closeout including lessons learned and transition to support/operationsQualificationsMust have management experience in a manufacturing environmentProven experience delivering enterprise IT projects in a structured PMO environmentStrong stakeholder and executive communication skillsExpertise in project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordinationExperience working with vendors and system integratorsPMP certified (or able to obtain within defined timeframe)
