Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred. Demonstrated ability to implement PT treatment plans under PT supervision, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and transfers. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and rehabilitative teams in a fast-paced SNF environment.
