This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership on challenging, real-world AI systems where precision, speed, and reliability are critical.About the RoleThe company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development efforts across the full technology stack and help shape the technical foundation of the organization as it scales.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys high ownership, solving ambiguous problems, and building production-grade systems from concept through deployment. The position involves close collaboration with product, design, and leadership teams to rapidly develop and scale AI-powered applications and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities· Own product features and technical systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration· Lead technical decision-making across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers· Build real-time AI-powered interfaces and decision systems with a focus on accuracy, scalability, and user trust· Collaborate closely with leadership on fraud, abuse prevention, and risk-related technology initiatives· Rapidly prototype and scale solutions into new workflows and industry applications· Improve engineering efficiency through tooling, architecture patterns, and development standards· Help establish scalable technical foundations and best practices as the company grows· Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performance engineering cultureQualifications· 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent hands-on expertise· Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills· Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable production systems· Proficiency or ability to quickly ramp up in technologies such as React/Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and ClickHouse· Strong attention to product quality, user experience, and code craftsmanship· Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly iterative environments· Experience in debugging and resolving complex production issues· Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams· Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and an ownership mindset preferredCultureThe organization values ownership, urgency, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
