Diversity in their hiring process is a priority and most of their roles are contract to hire and they offer an excellent benefit package.Job SummaryWe are looking for a hard-working and committed In-Plant Technician to join our client's team.Job DescriptionProduce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed the customer's specifications.Perform color matching and formulation.Maintain detailed production and QC records.Support customer's schedule through production coordination.Identifies and execute at a high level any rework opportunities based on review of batch tickets.Provide strong press side technical service, troubleshoot problems, and provide detailed and consistent technical reporting.Maintain monthly and weekly reporting to CTS and Sales organization.Maintain housekeeping and safe operationsMust be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets; and move 500 lb. drums following operating procedures.Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PMSkills RequiredKnowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook; as well as dispensing and color match softwareCapable of lifting 50 lbs. throughout the dayThis is a customer facing position that requires a high degree of interpersonal skillAble to stand for longer periods of time.Education and Experience RequiredHi ghschool diploma / GEDSalary$20 - $21 per ho ur (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
