Project lead-Store Development
Who we are looking forA successful Lead would be organized, highly skilled in MS Excel with a Finance background, multi-tasker, detail oriented, and ability to partner with our extended territory team members. This person will need to be an optimistic, enthusiastic employee that welcomes change, is flexible, knows how to prioritize work, and understands deadlines, and can deliver information to others when not always welcomed.Who you will work withThis role will work with the APLA Stores team, specifically the store development team where they will project manage concept work, primarily and be a utility player for the team and pick up work where needed.What you will work onDeliver and maintain world-class Retail environments for consumers and store teams while protecting the future of sport. This role ensures store environments, assets, and operations are maintained at optimal conditions with minimal disruption to the business, while supporting fleet expansion through new store openings, remodels, relocations, and closures.Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Assist with coordination between APLA leadership and territory teams, supporting communication, issue tracking, and follow upsSupport construction and facilities project tracking by maintaining schedules, milestone updates, and basic portfolio level reportsSupport project budget tracking for New Stores and Remodels, including documenting financial status at the project levelAssist with maintaining project cost data in GEO systems and databases to support reliable construction cost reporting and cost guardrails across geographiesSupport coordination with territory stakeholders, Real Estate, and Finance to collect and document project cost inputs and models prior to governance reviewsAssist with vendor setup, purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and related documentation in Coupa, in alignment with established processesAssist with collecting and organizing data related to budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics for reporting purposesSupport facilities management activities such as maintenance tracking, asset data collection, and service performance reportingAssist with coordination involving vendors and service providers in alignment with preferred agreements and processesSupport cross territory collaboration by capturing lessons learned and maintaining shared reference materialsEscalate issues, risks, or dependencies to senior team members and support resolution trackingWhat you bringBachelor's degree in Construction Management, project management or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training6-7 years in Retail Stores/Project managementPrior experience in a retail corporate, multi-cultural organization is preferredUnderstanding of contracts; financial reports experience is a mustComputer proficiency: excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required; basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet is required; Airtable experience is nice-to-haveMust possess organizational, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work with and through others to ensure that the desired results from the implementation of projectsRecruiter Details:Vishakha SinghSr IT RecruiterE-mail: vishakha.singh@ustechsolutionsinc.comInternal id-26-10495About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
