The platform is live, the traction is real, and the commercial team is being built to match the ambition.The RoleThis is a pure closing role - you'll manage the entire sales process, guiding prospective customers from initial conversations through to signed agreements and revenue generation.Build relationships with growing food and consumer brands by understanding their operational and financial challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable business value.Deliver engaging product demonstrations, navigate multiple stakeholders, address concerns effectively, and negotiate commercial terms to move opportunities forward.Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, while working cross-functionally with business development, marketing, growth, and product teams to improve performance.Use customer and market feedback to refine sales approaches, strengthen positioning, identify areas for improvement, and support brand presence at industry events.What's on OfferBase salary $70,000 – $80,000 + uncapped OTE (Year 1 OTE $120,000+).33 days holiday including public holidays.Flexible hybrid working - New York office 3–4 days per week.Health insurance and pension scheme.Structured onboarding, weekly coaching, and a clear path to progression.Regular team socials and global offsites.
