This includes managing data and reporting, optimizing the Slate CRM environment, supervising admissions counselors, and collaborating across campus to ensure accurate, efficient student onboarding.Your work directly contributes to strategic enrollment goals and ensures each student's journey into Thomas More is welcoming, accurate, and mission-aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the admissions funnel from lead to enrollmentBuild and run reports in Slate and ensure data accuracyProvide enrollment analysis and projections to senior leadershipSupervise, hire, train, and evaluate admissions counselorsCoordinate recruitment territories and admissions processingSupport financial aid packaging strategies for undergraduate applicantsLead application processes for top scholarship programsRepresent Admissions at open houses, preview days, and orientation eventsServe as liaison to IT, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Life, and other campus partnersMonitor data flow into the University's student information system (Jenzabar One)Stay current on Slate best practices and system enhancementsContribute to recruitment materials and communicationsPerform additional duties supporting the University's enrollment goalsQualificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or higher educationStrong communication skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with student information systems or CRM platforms preferredHighly organized and committed to exceptional customer servicePhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsDigital dexterity for office equipmentLight lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance)Minimal travel (<10%)Apply TodayJoin a community that values purpose, compassion, and student success.
