CNC Machine Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Machine Technician located in Ronkonkoma, NY. The CNC Machine Technician will be responsible for operating CNC equipment, performing regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and technical issues, and ensuring machinery operates at peak performance. The role will also involve testing, calibrating, and updating machinery to meet evolving production standards and requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance proceduresHands-on experience with Machine Operation and Machinery handlingStrong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical issuesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manualsUnderstanding of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environmentTechnical certifications or vocational training in machinery or a related field preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
