We are a multi-doctor, dual-hospital, small animal/exotic hospital with a sister location in South Lyon. Our team is happy-go-lucky, supportive, and always ready to help each other out. This role may be asked to support both Walled Lake and South Lyon locations.Responsibilities:As a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR at Walled Lake/South Lyon, you will:Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records.Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care.Assist with administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the practice.Qualifications:Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.Familiarity with veterinary services is a plus but not required.Must be available on SaturdayCompensation, Perks & More:$15- $19/hr - Depending on ExperienceWork-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling and paid time off.Supportive Environment: Join a collaborative team that values your contributions.Professional Growth: Opportunities for training and development in a veterinary setting.
