IT Support Specialist

To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas of IT and bring a positive attitude to an IT team where chemistry and collaboration are core to our team values.Responsibilities:Provide first line of contact for support issuesTroubleshoot basic hardware and software issuesConfigure and install new PCs, Laptops and printersAssist users with desktop application installation, maintenance and troubleshootingManage user accounts including Active Directory and ExchangeMonitor printer toner supplies and order as needed.Assist in department projects as neededQualifications:Excellent communication skillsFamiliar with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)PC Hardware specification knowledgeActive Directory and Exchange experienceStrong organization and time management skillsDetail orientedBasic knowledge of serversCompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.The starting annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $66,000.
