Machine Operator – Direct HireLocation: Malvern, PAPay: $21.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift AvailableWe are hiring a skilled Direct Hire Machine Operator for a high-quality manufacturing environment in Malvern, PA. This is a permanent position with the company from day one. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operation experience in a production setting and a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Why This OpportunityDirect hire position with long-term stabilityCompetitive pay: $21.00–$25.00/hourExceptional, 100% company-paid benefitsStrong emphasis on quality manufacturing and process excellenceOpportunity to grow within a structured, high-performance environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.Perform machine setup, startup, shutdown, and changeovers to standard.Complete assembly, loading, in-process checks (IPCs), and packing activities.Replenish materials and follow production schedules.Perform routine troubleshooting and jam clearance.Execute CIL (clean, inspect, lubricate) and preventive maintenance tasks.Accurately record production data in tracking systems.Identify defects, losses, and inefficiencies; support corrective actions.Participate in Lean manufacturing practices (5S, TPM, OEE).Support shift handovers, planned stops, and daily production meetings.Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.Escalate operational or quality issues in a timely manner.Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards.What We're Looking ForPrior machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment required.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, OEE, or similar systems strongly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment.Strong attention to detail and accountability for output quality.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts.Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery and tools.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.Benefits100% company-paid employee health insurance after a 60-day waiting period (coverage begins the first of the following month)Paid Time Off:14 days in Year 119 days in Year 2+1 additional day each year thereafter, up to 24 days100% company-paid Short-Term Disability100% company-paid Long-Term Disability100% company-paid Life InsurancePaid holidaysBereavement leaveJury duty pay401(k) available after 1 year with a 5% company contribution, regardless of employee contributionThis is a strong opportunity for an experienced machine operator looking for stability, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential.
