Programmatic Coordinator
Our client in the entertainment industry is seeking a Programmatic Campaign Coordinator to support campaign execution, creative trafficking, and performance reporting across streaming and digital media campaigns. This role will help ensure campaigns launch successfully, run efficiently, and deliver accurate reporting while serving as a key operational partner across internal teams and external agencies.ResponsibilitiesManage creative trafficking, asset QA, tag implementation, and troubleshooting for programmatic campaigns.Coordinate campaign setup, launch, and execution across digital and streaming media initiatives.Pull, compile, and distribute campaign performance reports and insights.Monitor live campaigns and proactively identify pacing, delivery, or discrepancy issues.Partner with Ad Operations, Sales, Analytics, and agency teams to support campaign success.Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking sheets, reporting templates, and process workflows.Provide operational support for tasks that fall outside traditional agency-managed responsibilities.Requirements1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, digital media, or a related field.Working knowledge of DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms.Familiarity with creative trafficking workflows, ad serving platforms, tags, and pixels.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools with the ability to summarize performance data clearly.Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.Experience with streaming, connected TV (CTV), or media and entertainment is a plus.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
