Tasting Room Associate

Schedule: Friday–Sunday + 1 dishwashing shift per week Hours: 28–32 hours per week Pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience) + tips + commission opportunities Position Overview Fallbrook Winery is seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Wine Steward to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As a Wine Steward, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding guests through wine tastings, supporting daily operations, and assisting with events. Candidates with prior wine knowledge or tasting room experience are highly preferred; however, we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn.
