Lead Android Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Android Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java/Kotlin and modern Android application development. The ideal candidate should have experience building large-scale Android applications, working with Jetpack Compose, and providing technical leadership while remaining actively involved in coding.
Required Skills:
5+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin.
Extensive experience developing large-scale Android applications.
Practical experience with Jetpack Compose.
Strong knowledge of modern Android frameworks, tools, and development practices.
Ability to lead technical initiatives while working as a hands-on Individual Contributor.
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
