We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RN) to lead and inspire clinical excellence across multiple skilled nursing communities.

Must reside within Central Texas (Killeen, Belton, Temple, Waco) or Tyler, TX
Weekly travel to Houston required, along with routine regional site visits
What You’ll Bring
Active Texas RN or Compact License (unencumbered) is required.
5+ years as a DON or Regional Nurse in the skilled nursing industry with demonstrated success is required.
Regional clinical leadership experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead across multiple facilities and drive measurable clinical outcomes
Deep expertise in:
State & federal regulations
QAPI and quality improvement processes
Survey readiness and Plan of Correction execution
RAI process and clinical reimbursement fundamentals

Lead & Mentor Nursing Leaders
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to Directors of Nursing and clinical teams across the region
Drive Outcomes Through Data & Process
Implement consistent clinical start-up practices and leverage technology to optimize outcomes
Strengthen Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements while advancing best practices in care delivery
Partner Across Leadership
Collaborate closely with Administrators, Clinical Reimbursement, and Operations leadership to achieve operational and clinical success
Develop Future Talent
Identify training opportunities and elevate clinical capabilities across communities
Maintain Strong Field Presence
Conduct routine site visits and maintain meaningful engagement with each community
