This role manages staff, supports customer service and sales goals, coordinates maintenance, and contributes to budgeting and process improvements. The position also serves as a key liaison for delivery teams, assists in training new employees, and may occasionally support field operations.This is an onsite position performed from the CORT distribution center.Salary: $65,000 year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM- 12:30 PM. Saturdays may be required. Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, address performance concerns, and train new employees. Conduct cycle counts, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate records to minimize stock discrepancies. Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with delivery teams, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on issues or complaints. Manage payroll, budgets, supply ordering, and end-of-day revenue processing. Prepare reports and maintain documentation. Schedule and oversee building maintenance and ensure warehouse equipment is operational and safe. Set up delivery routes, assist with dispatching, and provide backup driving support when needed. Contribute to process improvements, assist in budget planning. May occasionally assist with field operations or deliveries as needed.
