What You'll Do:Oversee daily restaurant operations (front + back of house)Lead, schedule, and support staffEnsure strong customer service and smooth service flowHandle inventory, ordering, and basic cost controlJump in during rushes—expo, line, or front as neededMaintain cleanliness, organization, and standards ? Schedule:Mix of mornings, afternoons, and eveningsWeekend availability requiredFull-time ? What We're Looking For:Restaurant management or strong leadership experienceCan handle pressure and make quick decisionsOrganized, accountable, and detail-orientedLeads by example—no ego, no excusesReliable and consistentQualifications:High school diploma/GEDPrevious restaurant management experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS softwareAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skillsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
