You drive results.Here's what we're looking for.3+ years of experience estimating plumbing systems for commercial construction projects.Experience working with design-build projects and integrated project delivery methods preferred.Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, applicable codes, and construction practices.Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents.Experience with CAD and Revit is a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams. Responsibilities Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate plumbing cost estimates.Perform detailed quantity take-offs and calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements for plumbing systems.Review, analyze, and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure complete and competitive bids.Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable material and labor pricing .Interpret construction documents to clearly define the scope of work and identify potential conflicts or constructability concerns.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates align with project scope, schedules, and budget expectations.Apply current local and national plumbing codes and regulations to ensure all estimates are compliant.Attend pre-construction meetings and conduct site visits as needed to evaluate site conditions and gather necessary project data.Prepare thorough, well-documented, and timely plumbing estimates covering labor, materials, and equipment.Why This Opportunity?Because your career should move forward, not stand still.
