This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-activity, outboundenvironment and are motivated by measurable performance, professional growth, andmeaningful impact in healthcare.We welcome candidates with hands-on prospecting and cold-calling experience as well asclinically trained professionals—such as nurses or EEG technologists—who are ready totransition into medical device sales.The BDR serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, leveraging either salesdiscipline or clinical insight to engage healthcare stakeholders, understand workflow challenges,and generate qualified pipeline for our field sales team. This is a high-visibility opportunity tobuild foundational MedTech sales skills within a fast-growing company, with a defined pathwaytoward future field-based medical device roles.ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting: Proactively prospect by engaging physicians, nurses and hospital stakeholders within assigned accounts through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, email, and social outreach to introduce Ceribell’s solutionsAccount Discovery: Research target accounts through asking thoughtful questions to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, uncover patient-care needs and clinical and operational pain pointsLead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess fit, urgency, and interest while clearly articulating Ceribell’s value propositionMeeting Scheduling: Secure and coordinate high-quality introductory meetings for field sales partners, ensuring a strong handoffPipeline Management: Build, track, and advance opportunities through the early stages of the sales funnelData Management: Maintain accurate, detailed account and activity records in Salesforce (SFDC)Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute outbound strategies and campaignsProduct Knowledge: Rapidly develop working knowledge of Ceribell’s MedTech solutions to confidently position valueObjection Handling: Professionally navigate objections and rejections while maintaining momentum and urgencyTerritory Management: Prioritize outreach and activity to maximize pipeline creation in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsSales or Clinical Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, cold calling, or customer-facing roles. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
