If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.The Platform / Systems Engineer – Coupa & Concur is responsible for the engineering ownership, stability, and lifecycle management of Lucid’s Procure-to-Pay (Coupa) and Travel & Expense (Concur) platforms.This role provides hands-on technical leadership across platform administration, integrations, production support, and release management, ensuring systems operate reliably, securely, and in compliance with enterprise governance standards.This is a technical individual contributor role and does not include product management or people management responsibilities.You WillPlatform Engineering & Operations:Own the day-to-day engineering administration of Coupa and Concur, including configurations, workflows, roles, controls, and master dataServe as the primary L2/L3 support owner, leading incident response, root cause analysis, and issue remediationEnsure platform availability, performance, and operational stabilityIntegrations & Systems ReliabilitySupport and maintain integrations between Coupa, Concur, SAP S/4HANA, and adjacent enterprise systemsMonitor interfaces and proactively identify and resolve data and transaction issuesPartner with Integration & Middleware teams to ensure reliable and auditable data flowsRelease & Change ManagementLead quarterly releases, upgrades, and patches for Coupa and ConcurCoordinate testing, validation, and controlled production deploymentsParticipate in enterprise change, release, and incident governance processesControls, Compliance & Audit SupportMaintain appropriate access controls, configuration governance, and segregation of dutiesSupport internal and external audits with technical documentation and system evidenceEnsure changes comply with Lucid security, compliance, and operational standardsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve system reliability, reduce recurring issues, and eliminate manual workaroundsPartner with Finance and Procurement teams to optimize platform usage and operational efficiencySupport efforts to reduce operational risk and contractor dependencyYou Bring6+ years of experience in enterprise platform or systems engineering rolesHands-on experience supporting Coupa and/or SAP Concur in a production environmentStrong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and/or Travel & Expense business processesExperience supporting system integrations and resolving production issuesExperience operating in governed, audit-driven environmentsAdvantageousExperience supporting Coupa Procure-to-Pay modules (Requisitions, Invoicing, Payments, Suppliers)Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platformsFamiliarity with enterprise release and incident management practicesExperience transitioning platforms from contractor-led to FTE-owned support modelsAt Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
