This is an individual contributor position with established processes, and a team that is available to provide support.Key Responsibilities:Review, index, and process incoming invoices accurately and efficientlyContact haulers via phone and email to resolve invoice and billing inquiriesResearch rates, billing codes, and payment discrepanciesDocument findings and updates with a high level of accuracyCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely invoice processingQualifications:Accounts Payable experienceTransportation AP or logistics industry experienceWaste Management industry experienceStrong research, problem-solving, and communication skillsIdeal Candidate:Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with vendors while researching and resolving billing questions in a fast-paced environment.
