Client: LTI Mindtree Role: Full Stack Software Developer – Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Locations: Dallas, TX / Edison, NJ- Onsite after training Work Model: Onsite after training Training Duration: 10 Weeks Training: Can be completed remotely Training Start: October 5 (currently pushed by one week)Position OverviewLTI Mindtree is looking for Python Full Stack Software Developers with strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI /Django, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, databases, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.Selected candidates will initially undergo a 10-week Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) training program. Training may be completed remotely; however, candidates must be prepared to work onsite in Dallas, TX or Edison, NJ following training.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.Build backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.Develop responsive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React or Angular.Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.Deploy and support applications in cloud and containerized environments.Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and client teams.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and Agile development processes.Work closely with clients as a Forward Deployed Engineer, understanding business requirements and delivering technical solutions.
