A long‑standing and respected community association law firm in South Florida is expanding and seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in Condominium and Homeowners Association law, or a strong litigator with relevant civil, insurance, or real property experience who is eager to grow in this practice area.The firm is progressive, technology‑driven, and dedicated to providing high‑quality legal representation to condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida.About the RoleCommunity association law is dynamic and multifaceted. Attorneys in this practice serve as educators, advisors, advocates, and problem‑solvers for their association clients. The work spans litigation, real property, contracts, insurance, and corporate governance matters.This is a full‑time, onsite position at the firm’s Miami Lakes or Miramar, FL office.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaPropound and respond to discoveryPrepare for and argue motions, including motions for summary judgmentAttend mediations and settlement conferencesTake and defend depositionsAssist with jury and bench trialsConduct legal researchWork closely with association clients and their agentsCollaborate directly with the managing partnerQualificationsAdmission in good standing with the Florida Bar (required)Litigation experience (HOA/Condominium experience preferred but not required)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong legal writing and research abilitiesBenefits & Perks401(k) with employer matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistance
