Employer Industry: Streaming Media Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $266,500 Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and long-term incentive plan Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off Flexible Time Off policy for salaried employees to manage personal matters Generous Parental Leave Program offering 12 weeks of paid bonding leave Opportunity for career advancement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of advertising agreements related to ad sales and growth business units Advise on data use and ownership issues, ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines and internal policies Conduct contract analysis and provide ongoing risk assessments for various matters Build trust and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders Assist legal team members with overflow work and provide training as needed What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in an established law firm and/or in the entertainment, media, advertising, or technology sectors Proven experience in negotiating and drafting technology and commercial agreements Familiarity with digital ad sales agreements and data use agreements JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited U.S. law school and admission to the state bar in at least one U.S. state Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with IAB 3.0 terms for interactive advertising Excellent negotiation skills and a solid foundation in legal knowledge Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Detail-oriented approach to managing a high-volume workload Team player with exceptional drafting abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
