The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, supporting the technology infrastructure that underpins the organization's health impact mission.Responsibilities:Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications aligned with organizational prioritiesBuild and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance cloud solutions using .NET, Angular, Azure, and SQLAdhere to engineering standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and architectural patternsParticipate in design discussions and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and securityDevelop and maintain APIs, integrations, and shared application servicesSupport evaluation and implementation of AI capabilities to improve business processes and user experienceCollaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutionsManage application deployment, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvementCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresProvide technical guidance and foster a collaborative engineering culturePartner with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions supporting business goalsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in software development for enterprise-scale applicationsAt least 5 years experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, RESTful API design, Azure SQL, and Entity Framework CoreMinimum 5 years developing Angular applications with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive designAt least 3 years experience with Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and API ManagementMinimum 3 years designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub ActionsPreferred Skills:Strong knowledge of security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, Entra ID (Azure AD), secure coding, and governanceExperience conducting technical design and code reviews, driving engineering standardsProven leadership in technical delivery of complex projects within Agile teamsEffective problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong database development skills, including performance tuning and data modelingPay Range and Compensation Package:The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employmentBenefits & Perks:Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) contributionIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
