Reporting to the Global Head of Audience Growth & Intelligence, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology, translating audience intelligence goals into scalable systems, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights that support Art Basel’s fairs and year-round initiatives. Working closely with Digital, Marketing, VIP, and Data teams, you will help shape the foundation for how Art Basel understands, segments, and engages its audiences — while supporting the development of the Art Basel Insights product.Your Responsibilities: Audience Strategy & SegmentationDevelop audience segmentation frameworks and collector lifecycle mappingDesign client journey frameworks for key audience groupsPartner with Marketing, VIP, and Digital teams to translate segmentation insights into engagement strategiesData Infrastructure & GovernanceLead the development of reporting cycles, governance frameworks, and workflow integration across Marketing and VIP teamsCoordinate with Digital and Data teams on CRM migration initiatives, translating audience growth needs into technical specificationsBuild and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools that track collector engagement, VIP growth, and platform performance across the collector journeyEstablish data quality standards and processes to ensure accurate and consistent audience intelligenceAnalysis & ReportingAnalyze CRM, digital, and event data to track collector lifecycle value and identify high-potential audience segmentsSupport partnership development and sponsorship strategy through audience insightsLead quarterly reporting against Art Basel’s 2030 strategic goalsMonitor cross-industry trends across luxury and cultural sectors to identify emerging collector audiencesArt Basel Insights Product SupportLead cross-team execution of the global data roadmap supporting the Art Basel Insights productCoordinate with external partners and vendors on data integration and product development timelinesContribute to the design of reporting frameworks and data products for gallery partners and collectorsCross-functional LeadershipWork with Fairs, Regions, and Marketing teams to ensure data collection and reporting processes operate effectively across all shows (Basel, Miami Beach, Hong Kong, Paris)Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for data and technology initiativesLead requirements-gathering sessions and maintain project documentationDrive internal adoption of new data practices and reporting systemsYour Profile: 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused product rolesExperience across art, fashion, or related industries is a plusExperience developing audience segmentation, lifecycle frameworks, or behavioral modelsStrong hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or Looker, CRM reporting, and Excel modelingExperience leading CRM implementations or data migration projectsAbility to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teamsStrong communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior leadershipProven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage external vendorsInterest and knowledge of art, culture, and the luxury sector
